VIDEOVIA / TERMS OF USE
A few things before you create.
Terms for the VideoVia app and website.
Service and content rights
VideoVia is a video editing app provided by Mersas Grup İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. You must have the rights and permissions needed for videos, music, photos, text and other content you use or share. Your content remains yours or the relevant rights holder’s. Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement or damage to technical systems.
Development and output
The app is being prepared for store release. Features depend on platform, source and device capabilities; 4K and high frame rates are not guaranteed for every device or source. Review automatic captions before sharing. Keep backups of important originals; device storage and processing limits may affect results.
Free use and ads
Essential editing is free. One completed ad grants one use of an eligible Premium tool or font; it is not a permanent purchase. Free export requires two completed ads and includes a VideoVia watermark at the bottom right. Incomplete ads or unverified rewards do not count. Ad availability depends on connectivity, region and provider; a rewarded action may be unavailable when no ad can be served.
Premium, renewal and cancellation
Premium removes ads, Premium tool locks and watermarks. Your store’s purchase screen shows the period, local-currency price and any trial/offer terms before purchase; this site quotes no fixed price. Subscriptions renew automatically under store terms unless cancelled within the store’s stated deadline. Manage and cancel in your Apple/Google store account. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Restore previous purchases in app Settings. Refund requests are subject to store rules and your mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy and support
Our privacy policy explains information handling. Send questions to info@mersasgrup.com. Do not share card details or passwords.
Responsibility and changes
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to limit. We update this page when the service or terms change. Rights granted to you under applicable local law remain unaffected.
