How information is handled in the VideoVia app and on this website.

Your media and projects
Selected videos, photos, audio and text are processed on your device for editing and export; they are not uploaded for those operations. No VideoVia account is required. Drafts, imported files, preferences and outputs are stored locally. When you share, your chosen output is sent to your selected app, whose terms then apply.
Permissions, speech model and deletion
Depending on the operation and operating system, media/file access and microphone permission for voiceover may be requested. Manage permissions in device settings. Automatic speech recognition supports Turkish and English; a model is downloaded initially and recognition then runs on-device. The model host may receive connection data such as an IP address during download. Deleting a draft removes its project record; source files that may serve other drafts and exported copies are retained. Uninstalling may remove local app data. Copies in your gallery, shared files and backups must be deleted separately.
Advertising and consent
Google AdMob may process IP addresses, device/app information, advertising identifiers and ad interactions for ad delivery, measurement and abuse prevention. Banner, interstitial, rewarded and rewarded interstitial formats may be used. One completed ad grants one use of an eligible tool; free export requires two completed ads. You choose to proceed in the reward prompt. Manage consent through the app’s advertising privacy options when available and your device’s advertising/tracking settings. Premium removes ads. Usage and advertising measurement you allow
Google Analytics for Firebase is enabled when you accept measurement in the app. Events may include export resolution/FPS/watermark status, Premium screen views, the tool type for a completed reward, and transaction ID, value, currency and period for verified purchases, alongside an app-instance identifier and device/app information. The purpose is to measure usage and Google Ads campaign conversions. Your media, recorded audio, text content, project names and file paths are not sent to measurement. iOS tracking permission is handled separately; related advertising signals stay off without permission. Analytics advertising personalization signals are disabled. Withdrawing permission in Settings → Usage and advertising measurement stops future collection and resets local Analytics data; it does not automatically erase data already received by servers. Purchases and subscriptions
Apple App Store or Google Play handles payments. RevenueCat verifies access using an app user identifier, store transaction/product information, purchase evidence and subscription status. VideoVia does not store payment-card details. Restoring may require the same store account. See RevenueCat, Apple and Google.
This website
No advertising or analytics tracking code or cookie-based measurement has been added to this site. Fonts and images are served from site files. The sample timeline is a browser animation and uploads no files. Hosting infrastructure may process technical records such as IP addresses, request times and browser information for delivery, access control and security. External services have their own policies.
Purpose, retention and your rights
Local content may remain until you delete it, clear app data or remove it through your device/app. Support messages are processed to respond to requests; provider records are retained as needed for their purposes and legal obligations. Depending on the context, processing relies on providing the service, consent, legal obligations or legitimate interests in security and support. Providers may process data outside your country, subject to applicable transfer rules. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaints to a competent authority. Children and changes
VideoVia is not designed for children and we do not knowingly request personal data from children. Contact us if you suspect inappropriate data sharing. This page will be updated when services or data practices change; the date above shows the latest revision.
